You will find the serial number on a silver sticker on the bottom of the product.

Mary Quinn
Customer Care Manager

Joining SICO® in 1983, Mary was promoted to Customer Care Manager in 1989. Mary and her team is responsible for customer care, order entry, and parts sales. Mary’s depth of experience within SICO® and her years of expertise with SICO® products is a valuable resource for the company. Mary is a SICO® Global Quality Management System graduate, First Responder, and Safety Committee member.

Nikki Schmidt
Customer Care Representative

Nikki joined SICO® in 1999, working on the customer care, order entry and parts sales team. She specializes in Wallbeds and loves speaking with customers. Nikki is a SICO® Global Quality Management System graduate. She is also an inspector for Accident Prevention Programs, a First Responder, United Way Campaign Volunteer, and received the Leadership Safety Award.

Steve Stuart
Customer Care Representative

Steve is responsible for order entry, parts sales, and customer care. Over the past 35 years he has worked in many areas within SICO® including: Leadman, QA/QC, Forktruck Operator, Crane Operator, Hazmat, Inventory Control, and Logistics. He is a First Responder, Safety Committee member and SICOfest Committee member. Steve also holds degrees from Normandale Community College, University of Minnesota, and is a 2x global SICO® Quality Management System graduate.
