• Two induction warm holding stations.
• Configured with two induction warm holding stations: (350 watts) 4 amps max on each unit.
• Warm holding temperature range = 5 settings:
1. 130°F / 54°C
2. 140°F / 60°C
3. 160°F / 71°C
4. 175°F / 79°C
5. 200°F / 93°C
• Two x 250 Watt Heat lamps over the hot shelf.
• Heated shelf (420 watt - 4.6 amp): 185°F - 190°F (77°C - 79°C) surface temp.
• 20 Amp surge protector strip provides single point of electrical connection for the station.
