Lily Cooper
Customer Service Scheduler

Lily is a customer service scheduler covering London and the South-East of England, for all markets. Lily joined the Service Department on 30th September 2019, having relocated from Oxfordshire. Before her relocation Lily worked for a company that provide repair and remedial actions for furniture, the products were either covered by an insurance policy or manufacturer’s warranty. Lily held the position of Lead Field Services and Repair Administrator and dealt with around 60 technicians as well as clients and customers.

Ellen Flood
Service and Maintenance Scheduler

As service and maintenance scheduler for all markets, Ellen manages the schedules of five service engineers for Wales, Scotland and the North of England. Ellen joined the team in 2014 initially as a temp before being made permanent in 2015. Ellen’s previous roles included being team leader for a civil engineering company in Ashford, Kent.

Georgina Gower
Service Scheduler

Georgina is service scheduler covering the South of England for all markets. Joining initially as a temp, Georgina became a full-time member of the team in December 2011. Formerly she was an admin manager for a Spanish fresh produce company. Georgina studied Spanish and Latin American Studies at the University of Portsmouth gaining a 2:1 degree BA Hons.

Wendy Lehnert
Service Operations Manager

Wendy manages her team of service schedulers and service engineers to provide customers with high quality product service and repairs across the UK and Europe for the education, hospitality and leisure markets. Wendy joined the team in 2013 as a service scheduler before being promoted to Service Operations Manager. Before joining SICO, Wendy worked in an assortment of customer service roles and taught English to retired Nepalese people living in Kent.
