Located on the banks of the iconic river Nile, The Fairmont Nile City Cairo have been using SICO buffet stations for years for catering their in-house events. After many years of using the same style of equipment it was time for an update to newer products to reimagine the guest experience with a new elevated design, expanded culinary offerings using the best quality products.
In close collaboration with the Chef’s team SICO proposed cooking modules, F&B displays and mobile bars to cater for the requirements of large events of + 200 pax. Taking inspiration from the existing interiors of the hotel SICO customized the buffet station finishes and colors to complement the property and ballroom giving the product a unique and timeless look that blends well with the surroundings.
With the SICO® mobile buffet stations the property is able to host events and gatherings with an on-site mobile kitchen: Induction Cooking, Boiling, Grill, Steam, Wok, Carving, Display etc that comes with mobile exhaust units, plate warmers, shawarma, sushi fridge, ice-cream stations etc to complement any requirement.
And once the event is finished the SICO Multi-Flex Buffet Stations are easily folded and moved away on the special trolleys that hold all the equipment: frames, modules, decoration panels etc.

Event and banqueting spaces must be flexible, and selecting the right equipment is critical. With innovative foldable SICO® mobile buffet stations, hotel staff can quickly transform an empty ballroom into a live kitchen.
