In the pre-opening stage of this beautiful venue, Marriott approached SICO for buffet and banqueting equipment in a contemporary style that would match the interiors of the Le Royal Méridien Doha.
Taking inspiration from the hotel’s existing interiors, SICO customized the buffet station finishes and colors to complement the property and ballroom, giving the product a unique and timeless look that fits the chic aesthetics of the property.
Event and banqueting spaces must be flexible. Selecting the right equipment is critical. Incorporating furniture pieces that can be easily reconfigured and seamlessly transitioned from one setup to another allows facilities to maximize their space while catering to the diverse needs of attendees.
With innovative foldable SICO® Mobile Buffet Stations, hotel staff can quickly transform an empty ballroom into a live kitchen. Featuring appliances from induction cooking, boiling, grilling, steam, wok, and carving to mobile exhaust units, plate warmers, shawarma, sushi fridge, and ice-cream stations, the SICO® Mobile Buffet Stations will complement any requirement. Once the event is finished, the stations are easily folded and moved away on our SICO® Transport Caddies that hold all the equipment: frames, modules, decoration panels, etc.
