Charlotte McGuire
Regional Sales Manager – Education

Charlotte McGuire has over six years of account management experience working with both the private and public sectors and within the education sector. Charlotte’s top priority is to provide the ultimate level of service to her customers. Charlotte will be focused on working with the Multi Academy Trusts, Local Education Authorities and catalogue companies and distributors and growing the SICO® business in other public sector markets.

Tim Gilson
Regional Sales Manager – Education

Tim has a wealth of experience working with and supplying the education sector and social and religious organisations. Tim is passionate in providing innovative solutions that enable customers to be more effective and efficient in use of their time and space. Tim will be focused on working with Local Education Authorities, Multi Academy Trusts, catalogue companies and distributors and increasing SICO Europe’s development in related sectors.

Jennifer Chambers
Service Sales Executive

Jennifer joined SICO® in April as a Service Sales Assistant to provide administrative support to the Service Sales Function.  Jennifer has previously worked in the education sector as a SEN teaching assistant and a variety of administrative roles within finance and the food industry.

Liam Dowe
Service Sales Executive

Liam joined SICO® in January 2019 as the Service Sales Executive.  Liam background includes sales, business development and customer service.  He brings a strong set of skills to be able to deliver an effective and efficient customer experience for customers seeking to service and maintain their SICO® furniture.

James Ross
International Sales Manager – Education

James began his sales career in the pharmaceutical and medical industry before making the transition to Educational Sales. Working for CES Holdings James gained extensive experience managing the overseas education market across Europe and the Middle East. James brings that experience to SICO® as the International Sales manager for Education.

Gail Cairney
Regional Sales Manager – Education Scotland, North England and Scotland

Gail joined SICO® in November 2018 as Regional Manager in Scotland, Ireland and North East England. Previous roles include National Sales Manager for hospitality furniture manufacturer Geometric. Gail has vast experience with both public and private sectors selling direct to end users and through dealers and contractors. She is passionate about providing her customers with excellent service. Gail will be focused on working with Local Education Authorities, Multi Academy Trusts, catalogue companies and distributors.

Kieron Lillicrop
Regional Sales Manager - Education UK

Kieran joined SICO®  in November 2018 as a Regional Sales Manager for Education covering the Eastern region of the UK. Based in Chelmsford Essex, Kieran started his career in the building industry before making the transition in to Educational Sales. Kieran brings with him 6 years of sales and account management experience gained selling an extensive range of educational products working latterly with Findel Education.  Kieran will be focused on working with Local Education Authorities, Multi Academy Trusts, catalogue companies and distributors.

Denise Etheridge
Sales Office Manager

Denise joined SICO in July 2018 as Sales Office Manager for the education and hospitality markets in the UK and Export.  Denise will also be heavily involved in marketing for SEL.  Previous roles include Contact Centre Manager and Telesales Manager within the food market, gaining sales and managerial experience over many years.  Denise studied at Canterbury Christchurch University as a mature student and obtained a LLB qualifying Law Degree.

Sascha Reitz
Business Development Manager

Sascha joined SICO in 2014 as Business Development Manager covering Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Luxembourg. A technician by trade, Sascha is a Master of Event Engineering. He joined SICO after many years selling and demonstrating interactive notice boards to the education market across Germany. He prides himself on inspiring customers with his excellent demonstration skills.

Cesar de la Sierra
General Manager - Spain

Cesar de la Sierra is the General Manager for SICO España based in Madrid. He is responsible for all markets in the Spain and Portugal region. Cesar has been with SICO for nearly 20 years originally joining as finance manager before being promoted to general manager in 2004. With a background in sales and accounting, Cesar studied in the UK and achieved a degree in business administration.

Stephanie Smith
Sales Coordinator

As one of the longest serving members of the team, Steph has carried out numerous functions within the sales and customer care office for the European team, and is now a Sales Coordinator within the education team. Prior to working with SICO she worked for Kent Constabulary as a communications assistant. Steph is dedicated to delivering a first-class customer experience and has subsequently developed strong long-term working relationships with all of our major customers, new and old.

Sandra White
Sales Coordinator

Sandra is SICO Europe’s sales coordinator for the education and hospitality markets for the UK and export. She joined SICO in 2008 and holds an NVQ in Customer Service. Sandra enjoys dealing with customers and promoting SICO products; “I feel passionately about SICO as it is a great and professional worldwide company.”

Cornelia Wilmore
Senior Sales Coordinator

Cornelia supports the export sales team in all aspects of their roles with a strong knowledge of export documentation, shipping, logistics and freight forwarding procedures. She joined SICO in April 2011 and holds a degree from the Hotel & Catering Business School – Hamburg. She has previously held positions in export administration for manufacturing and stationary companies. Cornelia is a befriender for Macmillan cancer support.
