Chris Wilson
Chief Executive Officer

As a third generation leader of the family-owned company, Chris was named CEO in 2015 in addition to his role as President. His responsibilities include global strategic direction and long-range planning. Chris joined SICO® in 1999. He served in various capacities throughout the organization domestically and internationally becoming deeply involved in all aspects of the business. Prior to becoming CEO and President, he was General Manager in Australia; President of SICO® America; President of the Asian Strategic Business Unit of Japan, Singapore and China; and Managing Director of SICO® Europe. Before joining SICO®, Chris served 12 years in the U.S. Navy as a Naval Flight Officer and graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Mathematics.

Ken Steinbauer
President & Chief Operating Officer

In addition to serving as President of SICO® America, Ken was appointed to the SICO® Inc. Executive Leadership team in April 2016 as Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing and promoted in December 2016 to President and Chief Operating Officer.  Ken is responsible for providing strategic leadership and unifying global sales and marketing efforts in Asia, Europe, Australia and the Middle East in addition to the Americas.  Ken joined SICO® in 2008 and has held various leadership roles throughout the company. His experience includes more than 25 years in senior and executive leadership roles in a number of global companies.  Ken holds both an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, Minneapolis, Minnesota and an executive MBA from the University of Minnesota.

Jim Pugh
Vice President of Global Product Development & Operations

Jim is responsible for driving new product development globally in addition to operations management of SICO® affiliate companies in Asia, Europe, Australia and the Middle East. Since joining SICO® in 1988, Jim has been promoted through a number of positions from manufacturing engineer, to product designer, to management roles in engineering, plant management and global operations. He holds a degree from the University of Minnesota in Manufacturing Engineering and Technology.
